This framework service contract will provide the ERCEA with traditional and social media monitoring, statistics and analysis in any EU Member States as well as in some third countries.

These services will contribute to a continuous feedback for the ERCEA on its strategy. It will also enable the ERCEA to react in a timely manner to media reports and publish statements when needed, or to react through its social media channels.

The services requested through this framework service contract consist of:

— monitoring of ERCEA coverage in different media (print, audiovisual, online and social media) in the EU and in third countries,

— providing analysis and statistics on the basis of the information collected through the media monitoring.
