The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 1.
The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 36 months.
The renewal shall be considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least 2 months before the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement.
The holder cannot refuse the renewal.
