Tønsberg kommunale Eiendom (TkE) is organised as a separate entity in Tønsberg Municipality. TkE is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Tønsberg Municipality's buildings. We currently manage approx. 285,000 m2 public buildings that include schools, nurseries, nursing homes, residential centres, sports halls, swimming pools, and administration buildings. In addition we are responsible for the hire, operation, and maintenance of the municipality's approx. 1050 residential units.

We want to use this tender for a framework agreement to look for cooperation partners that we can have a long term and good cooperation with over time.

The framework agreement will be designed as a parallel framework agreement with

the tenderer with the best tender being asked first. If the best ranked tenderer cannot deliver within the framework agreement's deadlines, the enquiry will then go to the tenderer ranked as no 2. A contract will therefore be signed with two tenderers based on this distribution.

We believe that this type of contract will also contribute to creating security and continuity for our cooperation partners.

The scope of the services in the contract period cannot be estimated. In the last two years, the scope of the services and associated material has been approx. NOK 6.8 million - NOK 7.6 NOK excluding VAT a year. In addition other municipal entities will be able to use the framework agreement. This is not a binding scope, but information so that tenderers can assess whether their organisation can handle the assignments.
