3.2 The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment. The preparation of documentation has been divided into 5 parts. A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting respectively for a given part Annexes C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 to the SWZ and the model contract Annexes B2,3 and B1,4,5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment under the name: • Part I - Extension of the county road No. 2009K from the provincial road No. 964 to the municipal road No. 560564 in the town of Zakrzowiec, Niepołomice commune, Wieliczka poviat (on the section of approx. 1.7 m) Stage I "Extension of the county road No. 2009K from the bridge on the rz. Zakrzewianka to the intersection with DG No. 560568K in Zakrzowiec, Niepołomice commune, Wieliczka poviat (on the section of approx. 850 m)" A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C1 to the SWZ for a given part and model contract Annexes B1,4,5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment under the name: Part II – Reconstruction of the district road No. 2029K in Podstolice. A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C2 to the SWZ for a given part and the contract template Annex B2.3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment under the name: • Part III – Reconstruction of the district road No. 2051K Ochota street from the intersection with Akacjowa street to the intersection with Modrzewiowa street in Wieliczka (section 430m) A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C3 to the SWZ for a given part and model contract Annex B2,3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment under the name: • Part IV - Extension of the county road No. 2021K from the existing sidewalk to the internal road (Journal of Laws No. 158) in the town of Nieznanowice, Gdów commune (on the section of approx. 0.39km A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C4 to the SWZ for a given part and the model contract Annex B1,4,5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment under the name: • Part V - Extension of the county road No. 2040K from the school to the intersection with the county road No. 2027K in Byszyce, Wieliczka commune, Wieliczka poviat (on the section of approx. 1.6km) A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C5 to the SWZ for a given part and model contract Annex B1,4,5 to the SWZ.
