The purpose of this consultation is to conclude two mono-awarding framework agreements which are executed as and when order forms are issued for the supply of software and associated services. The framework agreements are concluded within the framework of a grouping of orders relating to the purchase of supplies and services in the fields of information technology and telecommunications. Brest Métropole, as coordinator of the group of orders, is mandated to carry out the procurement procedure, sign and notify the framework agreements on behalf of all the members of the group. Open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 to R. 2162-14, and L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the public procurement code.
