The aim is to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement of hardware components from the manufacturer Cisco in the areas of network and server systems together with the associated maintenance and support services of the manufacturer, as well as services relating to the planning, implementation and support of the components by the provider.

We are looking for a supplier for the supply of components and services, which has a corresponding partner status with regard to the manufacturer Cisco and appropriately qualified and certified personnel in order to be able to provide the required services in the required quality.

BG ETEM and the other eligible users intend to procure necessary network components and server systems to supplement and replace existing infrastructure.

In addition to BG ETEM, which is in charge of this award procedure, individual members of the Shared Services Interessengemeinschaft für die gesetzliche Unfallversicherung (SIGUV) will be beneficiaries of the framework agreement to be concluded. In addition to BG ETEM, these are the

• BG Verkehr - Berufsgenossenschaft Verkehrswirtschaft, Post-Logistik, Telekommunikation

• BGW - Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienst und Wohlfahrtspflege

• BGHW - Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik

• SIGUV GbR itself.

The provider is responsible for clarifying all details of the initial situation, the requirements and the intended work, taking into account all conditions that are decisive for the fulfillment of the requirements or the achievement of the goals set. Subsequent appeals to errors or ignorance are excluded. If, in the provider's view, there are several options when interpreting the requirements or if something seems unclear, the bidder will clarify the issue in good time before the submission deadline by asking the bidder questions.
