4. The contracting authority informs that it has not divided the contract into lots and does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots:
1) The lack of division of the contract into lots does not limit the participation of companies from the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), nor does it affect the change of the group of Contractors that may apply for the contract.
(2) Dividing the contract into lots could increase the cost of performing the contract.
5. The contracting authority shall not allow a variant bid to be submitted.
6. GENERAL REMARKS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
1) The Contracting Authority imposes on the Contractor obligations in the scope of:
(a) separate collection, separate export, as required by law, of waste which will appear on the property under maintenance or will be generated as a result of activities arising from or related to the performance of the procurement contract;
b) management of municipal waste collected from properties covered by maintenance – to the extent that it is the obligation of the person actually in possession of the property – the Contractor is obliged to implement it in the manner specified in the applicable law.
2) As part of the provision of the service, the provisions contained in the detailed scope of services contained in Annexes No. 4, 4a and 4b, 5 and 6 to this Specification must be followed.
