1010303 Nasjonalbiblioteket fjellanlegget [the National Library Rock Installation], tender offers for a geology engineer.

A geology engineer with special competence in mountain and rock rooms, shall be engaged to contribute professional competence and input to ongoing engineering design and construction activities. As an external specialist geology resource, the person will work closely with Statsbygg's [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's] internal specialist resources for geo engineering and the builders ombudsman, control engineer for blasting and securing, and the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's specialist resources in other disciplines. The assignment therefore requires solid knowledge and technical insight, in addition to experience from installation work and blasting and securing works.

The geology engineer shall follow up the contract in the project's various phases with i.a. The following assignments:

Geology engineer consultant for the project manager and the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's resource group throughout the phases of the project.

Quality control of the engineered material and technical description of the contract (turnkey contract), including requirement specification, performance requirement and associated assignments.

Contribute to cost evaluations.

Participate in uncertainty analysis.
