THE REQUIREMENTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 95 PZP.

1) Since the implementation of this contract must be carried out by performing the activities under the conditions laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, the labour code - for the benefit of the contractor or subcontractor, at the place and time indicated by the contractor or subcontractor - the contractor, in accordance with under Article 95 of the law pzp requires the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons carrying out activities entering the so-called direct costs under an employment contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to submit documents to the Contracting Authority, within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, proving the employment of the persons performing the activities referred to above by a written declaration by the contractor or subcontractor confirming that the contractor's employees or subcontractors are employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code taking into account the minimum wage for work established pursuant to Article 2 (3-5) of the Act of 10 October 2002 on minimum wage for work (d. of 2015, item 2008 and 2016 item 1265).
