The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service of washing hospital linen along with the rental of part of the assortment and the implementation of a radio frequency identification system.
The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry and disinfection services along with the rental of hospital linen and the implementation of an RFID or equivalent system in the Ordering Party's hospital within 36 months, in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements for washing and disinfection processes of hospital linen, using technology eliminating all contamination. The comprehensive service includes:
1) washing hospital linen owned by the Ordering Party and rented from the Contractor,
2) cleaning, dry washing, disinfection, stain removal of hospital underwear, including bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, sleepers, etc.) and surgical underwear (sheets, sheets, napkins, surgical gowns, sweatshirts and trousers, etc.),
3) drying, mangling linen,
4) washing and ironing of protective / working clothing of staff (sweatshirts, trousers, skirts, dresses, aprons, etc.),
5) washing blankets, pillows, quilts, mattresses, pillow and mattress covers, tablecloths, napkins, screens, incubator covers, oxygen cylinders, string and flat mops, cloths, towels, patients' clothing, etc.,
6) washing newborn and baby underwear (diapers, cones, blankets, clothes, etc.), folding into packages in accordance with the rules indicated by the Ordering Party,
7) chemical and thermal disinfection,
8) chamber disinfection of mattresses and other assortment,
9) dry cleaning of assortment not suitable for water washing,
10) current sewing repairs (sewing, mending damage, sewing buttons, straps, sewing in zippers, etc.)
11) rental of part of the assortment
12) implementation of an RFID or equivalent radio frequency identification system allowing identification and recording of hospital underwear washed and washed from hospital organizational units, enabling contactless counting of underwear and permanent tagging in the radio frequency identification system of hospital underwear owned and rented,
13) folding, sorting, packing clean linen in plastic bags,
14) packing fashioned underwear in plastic bags and transport on hangers,
15) collection from the Ordering Party, including loading and transport, of dirty hospital linen and other assortments,
16) delivery, including transport and unloading, of washed hospital linen and other assortments to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
