The Central Market System (CMS) which supports energy market processes in Belgium is currently under construction and will soon be operational. With its maintenance contract (integrated infrastructure and application) coming to an end, Atrias must absolutely guarantee the continuity of maintenance and operating services and must therefore launch a project to renew the maintenance contract.

To help launch and run this project, Atrias wants to strengthen itself and is looking for a partner to assist in the analysis of the project and support in its choice for the operation of the CMS in the future. The object of this procedure is consultancy and consists of an analysis mission for the choice for operation in the future (mission 1) and a mandatory option for the consultancy / additional support after the choice for future operation (mission 2).
