Following on from the prior information notice (‘PIN’) (TED reference 2017/S 232-483182), the National Treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (‘DHPLG’) (as Sanctioning Authority) and Cork County Council (‘CCC’) (as Sponsoring Agency), has awarded a contract for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of 8 social housing sites located in the counties of Cork, Galway, Clare, Waterford, Roscommon and Kildare. It was procured under a single PPP contract using the competitive dialogue procedure. The contract was awarded to Torc Sustainable Housing Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland, on 27.11.2019.
