FinnhEMS Oy is a Finnish non-profit limited company owned by the Finnish State.
The company's funding is covered by government assistance provided by the Ministry of Health and Social Services (STM). FinnHEMS has six (6) on-call bases from which daily alert tasks are taken. Two bases will be established during 2022—23. Missions are carried out by helicopter or car. A paramedic or paramedic, pilot and HEMS rescuer or paramedic are on call at the bases.
The acquisition is subject to a refueling system suitable for refueling helicopters with jet fuel tanks, positioned in a suitable location. Delivery includes the surface of the ground, a concrete slab, a tank on the flank of the helicopter hangar for the storage of jet fuel, and a separate lockable device space at the door, about 6 m
The manufacture of the tank is subject to KTM Decision 313/85 on combustible liquids and Regulation 59/99 on the industrial treatment and storage of hazardous chemicals and the SFS 2733 Steel Terrestrial Cylindrical Lying Tank.
The refueling system provided shall comply with all the provisions.
The valid standard is SFS-EN 12285-2.

Tanks can be released to the market as long as the Ministry of Trade and Industry's decision on burning
Of liquids, 313/1985 is valid.
