Maakuntien Tilakeskus Oy (hereinafter Tilakeskus) has decided to tender tax consultancy services for Tilakeskus and its affiliated companies as defined in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The tax consultancy services to be acquired focus on, among others: the following areas of expertise in taxation: corporate taxation, structuring, value added tax, transfer pricing, transfer tax, real estate taxation and system testing. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender and the minimum requirements for the skills and experience of the experts are set out in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender.
