- lot 1: "damage to works and additional guarantees" insurance,

- lot 2: "all risks on the construction site - liability insurance of the client".

Guarantees of damage to the work are:

- property damage insurance,

- "Decennial collective guarantee of liability" insurance.

All losses and material damages suffered by the following property on the site of the site owned or in the custody of the insured are guaranteed:

- the work object of the construction operation including the temporary works necessary for its execution,

- materials, equipment and equipment intended to be incorporated into the structure, whether implemented or not, and whether or not they are provisional,

- the temporary premises established on the site of the construction operation, as well as the furniture and equipment located in these premises,

- the old parts of the existing construction before the opening of the site and located on the site of the site.

In particular, the following are guaranteed:

- damage resulting from theft or attempted theft,

- direct material damage to insured property resulting from the abnormal intensity of a natural agent (Law No 82-600 of 13.7.1982). The guarantee can be put into play only after publication in the official journal of an interministerial decree having noted the state of natural disaster,

- damage resulting from acts of terrorism or attacks under article 126-2 of the Insurance Code,

- breakages affecting the glass products forming part of the insured goods.
