This contract, divided into two lots, has as its object the assignment to a single operator for each lot, of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree. 50/2016, relating to services related to the weeding and maintenance of the green of the monumental and archaeological areas located in the territory of Roma Capitale (Lot 1) and to the maintenance and care services of the environmental and plant components and avenues of the park of Villa Torlonia (Lot 2).

Weeding service, green maintenance and cleaning of monumental and archaeological areas located in the territory of Roma Capitale. The interventions envisaged by this framework agreement consist of typical services of green works on parks and green areas, attributable as a whole to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions that from time to time will be the subject of specific orders and / or implementation contracts, the execution of which will be arranged by the Director of the Execution of the Contract according to the various needs of Zètema on specific areas. The contract includes the supply of all tools, means and materials to be used in the context of the activities referred to above, as well as the labour necessary for its realization. The contract also provides for the landfill of the resulting material in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

The estimated value of Lot 1 of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, including renewal and any technical extension, is € 1,080,000.00 plus € 6,859.98 for security charges, divided as follows:

- Euro 360,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction discount, as the maximum amount of expenditure (ceiling) for the presumed period of contract duration starting, presumably, from July 2023 until 31 December 2023;

- Euro 360,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction discount, as the maximum amount of expenditure (ceiling) for the contract renewal period for a maximum of a further 6 months;

- Euro 360,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction reduction, as the maximum amount of expenditure (ceiling) for the period of any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a presumed duration of a maximum of a further 6 (six) months.

Maintenance and care service of the environmental and plant components of the park of Villa Torlonia, as well as maintenance of the avenues, borders, internal fences and irrigation system on the site. The interventions envisaged by this framework agreement consist of typical services of green works on parks and green areas, attributable as a whole to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions that from time to time will be the subject of specific orders and / or implementation contracts, the execution of which will be arranged by the Director of the Execution of the Contract according to the various needs of Zètema on specific areas. The estimated value of Lot 2 of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, including renewal and any technical extension, is € 720,000.00 plus € 6,859.98 for security charges, divided as follows:

- Euro 240,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction discount, for the presumed period of contract duration presumably from July 2023 until 31 December 2023;

- Euro 240,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction discount, as the maximum amount of expenditure (ceiling) for the contract renewal period for a maximum of a further 6 months;

- 240,000.00 plus Euro 2,286.66 for security charges not subject to auction discount, as the maximum amount of expenditure (ceiling) for the period of any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a presumed duration of a maximum of a further 6 (six) months.
