Stjørdal municipality is a municipality with strong growth, with more than 23 000 inhabitants in 2015. The prognosis is that the growth will continue, which will lead to an increased need for services within all sectors. There is therefore also a need to construct new and more municipal buildings, as well as renovate old buildings.

Due to a lack of internal capacity and a large workload, the contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for construction and project management for Stjørdal municipality's small and large construction projects.

A framework agreement shall be signed with 3 tenderers.
