Description:
The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of Yaroslavl Forest District in the year 2022

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463 of late), covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and nursery management, to be carried out in the area of Yaroslavl Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery management resulting from Annexes 3 to SWZ.

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.

Forest management services in Cherniavka Forestry

1. The object of the order is forest management services in Cherniavka Forestry, including works in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of wood, and other works.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annexes No 3.1. _Cherniavka, 3.2_Cherniavka, 3.3_Cherniavka 3.4_Cherniavka, 3.5_Blackberry for SWZ. The tangible ranges set out in the Annexes shall be an estimate.

3. Detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, which is the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract, together with a description of the action codes describing individual forestry works are contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

4. In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as

also withhold the actions indicated in each row of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

5. The standardization and general principles which, in particular, the Contractor will be obliged to observe in the execution of the subject of the contract are described in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

7. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing procurement activities involving the acquisition and retraction of wood raw material, (for packages 01-17), carrying out treatment with plant protection products ( for Package 18) and work involving the preparation of the soil (tractor operator) package 19-21, if the performance of these activities consists in carrying out the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320, as amended)

Forest management services in Forestry Łapajówka

1. The subject of the order is forest management services in the Łapajówka Forestry, covering work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking, and other works.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annexes No 3.1. _Catch, 3.2_Catcher, 3.3_Lichacze, 3.5_SWZ catcher. The tangible ranges set out in the Annexes shall be an estimate.

3. Detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, which is the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract, together with a description of the action codes describing individual forestry works are contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

Detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, which is the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract, together with a description of the action codes describing individual forestry works are contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as

also withhold the actions indicated in each row of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

6. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer.
