Competitive procedure with negotiation of operators for the conclusion of synallagmatic promise (s) of sale with general interest charges with a view to the transfer of a land tenure for the realization of a mixed program of housing, shops and activities in Ollioules (83) - Pichaud site

The EPF PACA is initiating a consultation process with operators which should result in the sale of the land necessary for the realization of a social mix housing program, shops and services on the Pichaud - Municipality of Ollioules (83) site. At the end of the procedure, a synallagmatic promise of sale will be concluded between the candidate who presented the economically most advantageous offer and the EPF PACA. But also a synallagmatic promise of sale between the successful candidate and the Municipality of Ollioules.
