Waste disposal service, in the form of a framework agreement for the disposal of the contaminated pulp that arises from the implementation of remediation measures at Brandsnäs former sawmill, Outer municipality, Östergötland county. Remediation measures are planned to be implemented in 2020.

Waste should be disposed of at an approved facility for treatment or disposal depending on the content of the waste. Transport of masses from the area will be procured within the framework of future excavation contracts, and is therefore not included in the present assignment.

The amount of contaminated soil to be removed is currently estimated at 19,000 tonnes. In addition to dioxin pollution, the contaminated soil has a varied content of organic material (shavings, bark, peat, roots and plant parts).
