Consultation for the supply and installation of sections of public district heating networks operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions. The contract will include:

- network design (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.);

- supply of network components;

- construction of the trench;

- installation and welding of parts;

- making the junctions;

- attempts;

- backfilling of trenches; and

- provisional or permanent repairs.

Single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of (3) three years, renewable twice one year (1 + 1) relating to the making of connections for the networks of public district heating services operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the Burgundy region (Autun, Decize, etc.). The works include:

- network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.);

- construction of the trench;

- supply of the constituent elements of the network in pre-insulated tubes (including the associated equipment);

- the installation and welding operations of these elements;

- thermal insulation;

- attempts;

- backfilling of trenches; and

- provisional or permanent repairs.

The contract is concluded without guaranteed minimum or maximum, and does not confer exclusivity on the holder on the needs of the contracting entity. The estimated amount excluding tax appearing in section II.2.6) is indicative.
