The contest is for the delivery of textbooks.

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This is above the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contest is subject to cancellation by the contracting authority, due to budget coverage and political approval, amongst other things.

The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the final order in line with the allocated budget.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The assignment will be governed by the attached agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contract period is from and including 12.09.2023 until and including 30.06.2023.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
