1. The subject of the contract includes: Collection and management of waste code 19 12 10, i.e. combustible waste (alternative fuel) from the Municipal Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o. in Rzędów.
2. Estimated amount of waste to be managed: min. 4 000 Mg – max. 5 000 mg,
3. The Ordering Party reserves that certain amounts of waste are indicative quantities and may change, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum amount of waste at the level of: 4 000 Mg.

2. Estimated amount of waste to be managed: min. 4 000 Mg – max. 5 000 mg,
3. The Ordering Party reserves that certain amounts of waste are indicative quantities and may change, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum amount of waste at the level of: 4 000 Mg.
4. The Contractor shall use waste in accordance with the applicable law.
5. The waste covered by this order shall be transported and then developed in installations which have decisions authorising the processing of such waste in a manner in accordance with applicable law.
6. Receipt of waste shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor and at its expense, including transport costs and insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
7. Upon the issuance of the waste contractor by the contracting authority, all benefits and burdens associated with them and the danger of accidental loss or damage shall pass to the contractor.
8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Appendix 8 SWZ.
9. The order in question must be executed in accordance with applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.
10. The Ordering Party does not require:
- the performance by the Contractor of a local vision or,
- checking by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
11. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), persons performing activities in the field of contract performance - in relation to waste transport services.
A detailed description of the employment of persons on the basis of an employment contract is specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 7 of the SWZ.
12. In the description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority shall not specify the requirements related to the performance of the contract, which may include economic, environmental, social, innovation, employment or confidential aspects of information provided to the contractor in the course of performance of the contract, referred to in Article 96 of the PPL.
13. The contracting authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the PPL.
