Lot 1

Conclusion of a framework agreement on the disposal or recovery of predominantly hazardous waste.

The collection and disposal of hazardous waste takes place on call within 5 working days (in the event of an accident 2 days). In properties with a repair or maintenance order, the disposal of e.g. waste oil,

In accordance with the GGVSEB, the contractor assumes not only the carriers but also the obligations of the sender, shipper, packer, filler as well as the obligations according to § 26 GGVSEB. The client no longer acts as the sender, but as the client of the sender, according to §§ 17, 27 GGVSEB. General security obligations according to § 4 GGVSEB must be observed by all parties involved. Proof of disposal is provided by the contractor and checked for topicality. Transports according to ADR (dangerous goods transports) are noted by the waste producer (specialist AbfKrw) on the registration and are to be carried out as dangerous goods transport.
