The Oldenburg-East Frisian Water Association, hereinafter referred to as OOWV or AG, is one of the 10 leading companies in the water industry in Germany. In addition to wastewater disposal, it is the largest drinking water supplier in terms of area and supplies more than one million people.
The Oldenburgisch-East Frisian Water Association (OOWV) is active in the field of wastewater, among other things. Its disposal area is 3,720 km2 and comprises half a million people. OOWV operates a 4,661 km long sewer network for disposal. The expansion and maintenance of the wastewater network necessitates the awarding of contracts for the construction, operation and maintenance of sewers at irregular intervals.
These benefits are divided into seven lots (according to the regions in the OOWV disposal area) in this call for proposals:
Lot 1 = District of Vechta (maximum total value: EUR 390,000 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 2 = Cloppenburg district (maximum total value: EUR 420,000 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 3 = District of Oldenburg/ District of Diepholz (maximum total value: EUR 550,000 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 4 = City of Oldenburg (maximum total value: EUR 850,000 thousand p.a.) plus on-call duty (maximum total value:
EUR 32 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 5 = Wesermarsch district/ Cuxhaven district (maximum total value: EUR 950,000 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 6 = District of Friesland/ District of Wittmund (maximum total value: EUR 375,000 thousand net p.a.)
Lot 7 = District of Aurich (maximum total value: EUR 475,000 thousand net p.a.)
The maximum total values mentioned above do not include the material deliveries that have to be obtained from the client's logistics service provider (see also Appendix B2 of the procurement documents).
Since OOWV wants to place a large number of individual orders in its wastewater disposal area and also has to be able to react to short-term requirements without major delays in time, it would like to award framework agreements for each lot. It would also like to conclude these framework agreements with several companies in order to ensure a smooth process of sanitation. Companies can apply for several lots.
