Project management mission for the construction of a residence of 47 collective social rental housing, located rue des Etats-Unis in Châteauroux

Scalis has decided to entrust the Project Manager with the following mission elements:

- sketch studies (Esq)

- preliminary design studies (Aps)

- detailed preliminary design studies (APD)

- project studies (Pro)

- Assistance in the awarding of works contracts (Act)

- visa (Visa) of the execution studies totally carried out by the incumbent Entrepreneurs

- Direction de l'exécution des contrats de Travaux (Det)

- assistance with reception operations and during the year of perfect completion (Aor)

- complementary missions defined in the Cctp of the market.
