Service - performance of the main repair with modification of the RW-32 (NUR-41) radar station on TATRA 815 chassis, 1-person trailer and 2-person trailer (including software) in the years 2023 - 2024.

The subject of the contract is the main repair with the modification of one radar station RW-32 (NUR-41) on the TATRA 815 chassis, 1-person trailer and 2-person trailer (including software) in the years 2023-2024 in full scope specified in the "Operational and Technical Requirements" (WET) constituting an Annex to the SWZ and in accordance with the rules set out in the contract. This service is to ensure the restoration of full technical efficiency

(service life) of all assemblies, subassemblies, mechanisms, elements and details until the next major repair.

The scope of the contract provided for in 2024 will be implemented provided that in December 2023 the Contracting Authority receives confirmation from the administrator of second-level budget funds that

in the financial year 2024 it will receive funds for the provision of the service in 2024.

After receiving confirmation of having the funds referred to above, the Contracting Authority shall immediately notify the Contractor (in writing, by e-mail or fax) about the need to implement the scope

contract to be implemented in 2024.
