This invitation to tender concerns an open procedure for the supply of Microsoft licences to the municipality of Nunspeet. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor, as further described under questionnaire 1.1 of this tender.

The contract has an initial duration of three years, with an option for unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of three times one year.

The contracting authority expects the new agreement to take effect on 1 January 2023. The contracting authority wishes to adhere to the framework of the VNG, which will apply from 1 December 2022.

This assignment includes the (minimum) delivery of the following licenses based on the current situation:

430 licenses Microsoft365 E3 based on the framework of the VNG (based on annual subscription)

13 Power BI Pro Sub Per User

1 Project Standard ALng LSA

6 licenses Teams Rooms standard (based on annual subscription)

5 Visio Standard ALng LSA licenses (based on annual subscription)

40 licenties Win Server Dc Core ALng LSA 2L

24 licenties Win Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L
