The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Company Limited by Guarantee (IHRB) is the regulatory body for horseracing in Ireland; it assumed these functions from the Turf Club on 1.1.2018.

The IHRB is seeking a third party for the provision of bet monitoring and intelligence and investigation support for horse racing in Ireland. The objective is to support investigation into potential breaches of the rules of racing in the interests of integrity in horse racing.
