The Crown Estate is considering offering rights in 2019 to extract tin and other minerals lying on and under the seabed out to 12 nautical miles off the coast of Cornwall.

Bid for rights to prospect in defined areas of The Crown Estate mineral ownership and obtain an option for a Production Agreement to extract tin and other minerals (subject to the terms of a Marine Licence).
