The subject matter of the present award procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator pursuant to § 21 Abs. 3 VgV on the supply of IT hardware for the hospitals of Sana Kliniken AG as eligible clients (Annex 2 to the contract).

Mobile devices from the manufacturer Apple with corresponding accessories are procured.

The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the duration specified in the contract notice which obliges the contractor(s) to perform the services called up by means of specific contracts under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement and the specific contract concerned.

These specific contracts shall be awarded exclusively by the contracting entities listed in Appendix 2 "List of contracting entities" to the undertaking or undertakings which are parties to the framework agreement at that time.

The clients entitled to call are recipients of funding from the Hospital Future Act and are obliged to comply with procurement law by the funding decision. Some contracting authorities are bound by (antitrust) procurement law as contracting authorities within the meaning of the GWB.
