Buildings as a general contractor service. The procurement concerns the integrated and modular overall system of measurement, control and regulation (I&C) technology including communication and network infrastructure as well as the described EMIS server functionalities and includes planning services, delivery and assembly as well as commissioning and ongoing service of the entire system by the contractor. The Client reserves the right to carry out a verifying offer presentation of the EMIS overall solution by the bidder.

The Client reserves the right to carry out a verifying offer presentation of the EMIS overall solution by the bidder. The period 16.02.-22.02.2023 is planned for the presentation. The relevant bidders will be informed by the Client. The willingness of the bidder to present a verifying offer is a mandatory prerequisite and leads to the exclusion of the bidder in case of non-willingness.

The financing is partly provided by grants from the State of Berlin as part of the implementation of the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Programme (BEK 2030) under the project title "Rollout of smart hardware and software for high-resolution energy monitoring and intelligent consumption control.
