The Bingo project, funded by the European Commission in the ERC Consolidator Grant 2019 — ID 865844 programme, provides for the study and purchase of a dilution refrigerator without liquid cryogen-free (cryostat) for the search for rare events with bolometers that will be installed in the underground laboratory of Modane in France. This document describes the technical specifications for this equipment.

3.1 Firm part:

The services are flat-rate and described in the technical specifications of the CEA referenced in Article 2 above. They are broken down as follows:

— studies, design and supply of equipment including factory testing,

— packaging and delivery to premises designated by the CEA (Modane Underground Laboratory — LSM),

— installation in premises designated by the CEA (LSM),

- on-site tests,

- the supply of all the documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment,

- training in the use of the equipment,

— the guarantee of the equipment for a period of 24 months from receipt.

3.2 Optional part:

— option 1: the supply of a 3He-4He mixture,

— option 2: a decoupled floor at 50K with cernox and dedicated heating.

These options may be lifted, as appropriate, upon signature by the parties to this contract. They will then be part of the firm part of the service.
