The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the construction of sanitary sewage systems in Biała Niżna, Gródek, Stróże, Wyskitna, Polna - to the extent described in detail in the attached technical documentation (also called design documentation) constituting Annex 1 to this Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract.

The subject of the order was divided into 2 (two) lots:

- part 1 - includes "Construction of sanitary sewage system in Biała Niżna, Gródek in the Grybów commune",

- part 2 - includes "Construction of the sanitary sewage system in Stróże, Wyskitna, Polna in the Grybów commune".

The task will be implemented on the basis of technical documentation, which consists of:

a) a construction project entitled "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Biała Niżna, Gródek in the Grybów Commune" approved by building permit No. 302/2016;

b) bill of quantities;

c) STWiOR (documentation common for parts 1 and 2).

As part of the task, the Employer carried out part of the construction works on the basis of a construction project, which was carried out in accordance with the request for quotation mark: ZWiK.281.4.2019, in the scope of:

• orientation - 60688-0,

• land development project part 1 - 60688-1,

• land development project part 2 - 60688-2,

• longitudinal profile - channel A part 1 - 60688-9,

• longitudinal profile - channel A part 2 - 60688-10,

• longitudinal profile - channels A1, A1.1, A2 - 60688-16,

• longitudinal profile - channel B part 1 - for well S6 - 60688-25,

• longitudinal profile - B, B2 channel - 60688-29,

• PW1 - 60688-51 longitudinal profile,

• PW2 longitudinal profile - 60688-52,

• drainage drainage - 60688-67,

• cross section, pattern of crossing under the road - 60688-68.

The Ordering Party declares that it has completed all construction work on the basis of a construction project regarding the "Construction of sanitary sewage system in Biała Niżna, Gródek" regarding the DW1 passage under voivodship road No. 981, section 070 km 1 + 500 on plot No. 474, Biała Niżna District, Grybów registration unit, and the contract for the above construction works was awarded on the basis of the request for quotation mark: ZWiK.281.4.2019.

The task will be implemented on the basis of technical documentation, which consists of:

a) a construction project entitled "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Stróże, Wyskitna, Polna in the Grybów commune" approved by building permit No. 1459/2016;

b) bill of quantities;

c) STWiOR (documentation common for parts 1 and 2).

In the construction project entitled "Construction of the sanitary sewage system in Stróże, Wyskitna, Polna in the Grybów commune", the Employer changes the diameter of the pipes:

Gravity channel

• H channel from manhole S11 to S29 - diameter ø 250 PVC instead of ø 200 PVC, channel length H = 750 m including 94 m ø 280 PE made by drilling,

• J channel to the S31 pit - diameter ø 250 PVC instead of ø 200 PVC, channel length J = 1004.5 m including 90 m ø 280 PE made by drilling,

• U channel to the S25 pit - diameter ø 250 PVC instead of ø 200 PVC, channel length U = 942 m including 50 m ø 280 PE made by drilling,

After changing the channel, ø 250 PVC will be: 2,462.5 m.

While the ø 280 PE channel will be drilled: 234 m.

Discharge channel:

• discharge pipelines with a diameter of ø 90 PE are replaced by a diameter of ø 110 PE - length about 2,716.5 m.

As part of the task, the Employer carried out part of the construction works on the basis of the construction design, which were carried out after the award of the contract based on the request for quotation mark: ZWiK.281.4.2019, in the scope of:

• orientation - 60798-0,

• land development project part 10 - 60798-10,

• land development project part 12 - 60798-12,

• longitudinal profile - H channel part And to the well S11 - 60798-35,

• longitudinal profile - H1 channel, H1.1-60798-37,

• longitudinal profile - H2, H2.1, H2.2-60798-38 channels,

• drainage drainage - 60798-87,

• cross section, pattern of crossing under the road - 60798-88.

The Ordering Party declares that it has completed all construction work on the basis of a construction project regarding "construction of sanitary sewage system in the city of Stróże, Wyskitna, Polna" in the scope of crossing the railway line on plot No. 562/5 in Biała Niżna, km 58 + 733 Tarnów –Leluchów and No. 253/1 in the city of Polna km: 1 + 664; 2 + 474; 2 + 887, 3 + 456 Stróże - Krościenko line, commune Grybów.

As an auxiliary material to the technical documentation, an as-built map with profiles was attached, in which the depths of the channel and sewage manholes were marked. They constitute the basis for connecting the already implemented sewage network (crossing the railway lines) with the network which will be performed under this contract - Annex 1.1.
