Contract for services to manage the operation of tertiary (and semi-industrial) sites excluding complex sites in France, Lot SE and IDF

Missions entrusted:

- Management of the FM of EDF SA sites with the management of FM supplier contracts,

- Management of occupant requests: supervision of the proper handling of fixed-rate requests by Suppliers, precision of the need with the occupant, costing of non-package requests and management of Suppliers,

- Management of "current" development works, major maintenance / renewal of technical equipment for certain sites, compliance and rental maintenance and management of works, within the limit of 250 k€,

- Commitment and receipt of certain operations in the management tool (ERP) for the payment of suppliers. This mission concerns orders with a low unit value < €3k (approximately 10,000 orders per year),

- Support for the management of the MDE (Energy Management),

- Contribution to property management activities: realization of inventories of entry / exit of site, management of the donor relationship.

Approximately 127 tertiary sites for 435,000 m2

Contract for the sites of the IDF Regional Real Estate Department

Approximately 28 sites for 394,500 m2
