Completion of the new version of norad.no

The new norad.no will underpin Norad's internal and external communication goals of mobilizing for joint efforts, increasing knowledge, creating trust, results and a culture of openness and curiosity, as well as motivating joint knowledge sharing and development.

The website should be an "instrument in aid to create results - more a tool than just a channel", as well as contribute to more effective grant management by helping partners to solve their tasks effectively.

The assignment concerns development of the norad.no website in Optimizely DXP.

The project includes implementation of the chosen concept and visual style, based on the Norad visual profile, information architecture, migration of existing content as well as technical development on Optimizely 12.

The project has been through the phases of exploration, definition and development, and has now reached the phase of delivery. This means that the supplier should not develop visual style, information architecture and concept, but to a large extent relate to already existing deliveries.
