With the measure “NabuFA (tutoring support for trainees)”, the Jobcenter Lippe — Institute of Public Law — intends to implement a targeted, self-service for young people in training or entry qualification (EQ) in order to ensure that they are tailored and sustainable on their way to sustainable development. to promote working life. The aim is to support young people who undertake school-based or dual training or entry qualification and are related to the SGB II at the beginning of this admission. The openness to school-based training courses (e.g. care for the elderly, educators, etc.) is an extension of the possibilities known so far and can thus in a special way increase access to highly demanded professions with very good prospects for the future.
The advertised performance is intended to provide trainees with qualified subjects during dual training to improve their theoretical training skills. It also includes socio-pedagogical support/intervention to maintain training.
The primary objective of the measure is to ensure the success of the participants in training, inter alia, by providing the necessary assistance to improve performance in schools and in everyday work.
The target achievement is achieved by:
— support education for the closure of theoretical “gaps” in training,
— targeted individual preparation for tests, class work, interim, graduation and oral examinations, as well as the development of learning techniques,
— additional support for German in the event of difficulties with the German language,
— socio-pedagogical support during training to avoid disorganisation of training,
— Assistance with personal problems, learning blockages and exam fears.
Target group-specific theoretical transfer methods are to be chosen, which can be carried out in small groups as well as in individual work.
Object of performance:
The subject of the performance in accordance with § 16f SGB II is a combination of accompanying, supportive and stabilising elements for trainees in order to ensure the success of training.
The contract period starts on 30 August 2021 and ends no later than 31.1.2025, with options for new training start-ups in 2022 and 2023
Requirements for 40-60 trainees.
