in accordance with the provisions of articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the CCP, a group of orders has been established. The grouping agreement designates Grandangoulême as coordinator. The form of the contract is a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2125-1, and R. 2162-1 to R2162-12 of the CCP. The Framework Agreement will allow the successful tenderers to compete again through a subsequent contract. The Framework Agreement is allocated as follows: - lot no1: Electricity - c2 to C5 - Enedis - lot n°2: Electricity - c2 to C5 - Enedis - added environmental value - lot no3: Gas - t1 to T3 - GrDF. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum in quantity. Each framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from its date of notification
