Framework agreement for the procurement of computer hardware including the latest Windows operating system. This includes, for example, the delivery of PCs and mobile workstations (notebooks, tablets and computer monitors) nationwide at all DFS locations in the form of call-off orders during the term of the framework agreement.

The framework agreement, which is concluded with only one economic operator, covers the following supplies and services:

Deliveries of hardware and software (operating system) according to the specification given by DFS.

The following call-offs for the framework agreement are expected to be made for the duration of the contract

(The following quantities are estimates.):

approx. 770 desktop PCs, approx. 2500 mobile workstations and approx. 1900 monitors.

Tasks and services of the contractor:

Delivery of hardware components, processing of warranty claims against the manufacturer, provision of test installations before model changes during the entire contract period.

The deadline for the provision of the respective deliveries as well as the scope of services shall be firmly agreed in the respective call-off order. In this respect, the contractor's deliveries shall only be used by written call-off orders for the framework agreement of the customer. There is no obligation on the part of the client to place orders for the above-mentioned estimates.
