Contract for subsea works on cable protection systems and subsea bolt exchanges at diffusor plates (steel plate underneath central column of tripod foundation) in the offshore windfarm Trianel Windpark Borkum.

Scope of work 1: Installation of 20 preventive CPS retrofits;

Scope of work 2: Installation of 4 corrective CPS retrofits;

Scope of work 3: Bolt exchange at 6 steel plates.

Installation phase is limited to 30 days with the option of extension by two times 7 days.

Preparation phase

— preparation and provision of risk assessment and method statement;

— preparation and provision of task plan of offshore operation;

— preparation and provision of project time schedule;

— preparation and provision of technical equipment and material list;

— preparation and provision of test plan;

— preparation and participation in kick off meeting.

Execution phase

— provision of a suitable vessel (at least DP2);

— mobilisation/demobilisation;

— transit to OWF and vice versa;

— daily reporting;

— execution of offshore operation (scope of work 1: installation of 20 preventive CPS retrofits; scope of work 2: installation of 4 corrective CPS retrofits; scope of work 3: bolt exchange at 6 steel plates).

Post-processing phase:

— preparation and provision of final documentation;

— preparation and participation in lessons learnt meeting.
