In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the contract for room work with windows and sun protection in the first construction phase, which includes the following services:

- 1100 m2 Holzrahmenbauelemente

- 28 pcs wood-aluminum windows with 3-fold glazing, dimensions approx. 1.40 x 2.32 m, with external venetian blinds and aluminum reveal cladding

- 44 pcs wood-aluminum windows with 3-fold glazing, dimensions approx. 3.56 x 2.32 m with external venetian blinds and aluminum reveal cladding

The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.

The extended primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen is divided into the following components (BT):

- BT 1 subject classes (existing buildings)

- BT 2 Administration (existing buildings)

- BT 3 Access hall (new building)

- BT 4 Middle School (new building)

- BT 5 Aula (existing building)

- BT 6 primary school (new building)

Since the conversion and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen takes place during ongoing operation, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three consecutive construction phases (BA).

The construction phases are divided as follows:

BA 1: New construction of component BT3 access hall and new construction of component BT6 primary school

BA 2: Demolition of the old primary school, new building component BT4 middle school, renovation of component BT5 auditorium, as well as redesign of playground 1

BA 3: Renovation of component BT1 specialist classes and component BT2 administration, as well as redesign of playground 2

Production and assembly of timber frame building elements as non-load-bearing façade elements between reinforced concrete ceilings. The structure has a room-enclosing fire-retardant quality. With wood-metal window elements, electric sun protection from aluminium external venetian blinds, window sills and aluminium reveal cladding.
