The municipality of Beuningen has decided to tender for a new financial system because of its desire to modernize and optimize financial processes. The current financial system is outdated and no longer able to meet the requirements and needs of the municipality of Beuningen. A new and advanced financial system will play an important role in this. The aim of the tender is therefore to find a reliable supplier who can provide the municipality of Beuningen with an innovative and future-proof financial system that meets its requirements and wishes.

The ICT performance includes the provision of software including links and the provision of various services.

The desired situation is a Solution that can be implemented at the municipality of Beuningen. The Solution must be offered as a SaaS service. By us SaaS service is understood by us: SaaS service is software that is made available online by and technically fully managed by the Subscriber.

The Tenderer shall be responsible for:

• the provision and maintenance of the hardware and software platform; including the necessary licenses.

• maintenance of the software (corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, adaptive maintenance and functional maintenance, updates/ releases, patches).

• technical application management (installing updates, releases, patches), maintaining the hardware and software platform, continuous and active monitoring of availability, performance, capacity, security and data integrity.

• Information security, ensuring that the Solution complies with the applicable security guidelines. The Tenderer is obliged to be in possession of a valid ISO27001 or ISAE3402 certification with regard to the service offered.

Part of the SaaS service is the connectivity (data connection, bandwidth) of the Subscriber to the Internet. A Participant is responsible for sufficient bandwidth and low latency for a pleasant user experience.
