The Contracting Authority intends to contract 1 supplier to work together as a partner of the facilities department for the management and maintenance of the rolling stock and supporting attributes. A quotation for an investment will also be requested on an occasional basis via the contractual partner.

The Contracting Authority intends to contract 1 supplier to work together as a partner of the facilities department for the management and maintenance of the rolling stock and supporting attributes. In summary, the scope of the assignment is as follows:
• Carrying out inspections/certifications of rolling stock
• Preventive and corrective maintenance equipment
• Purchase of new equipment
• Knowledge and expertise in the field of rolling stock so that they can advise the contracting authority on maintenance or investment choices to be made.
• Delivering a maintenance schedule of all relevant assets for the contract period.
• Flexible service with short response times to questions / needs of repairs
• Occasionally, outside regular working hours (i.e. evenings or weekends), carry out ad hoc corrective maintenance on rolling stock at the contracting authority.
• Providing replacement equivalent equipment
• Other additional services, such as but not limited to the maintenance of supporting equipment (e.g. generators, fire trucks)
