Haugaland Interkommunale Miljøverk (HIM) is an inter-municipal company (IKS) owned by Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Tysvær, and Vindafjord Municipalities. The company is responsible for providing waste collection services, recycling, sludge collection services, and sludge treatment for these municipalities. In addition the company offers waste collection services for businesses in North Rogaland and parts of Sunnhordland.

The procurement is for the transport and treatment of food waste from households and some businesses, approx. 4000 tonnes a year.
