1. The subject of the contract is the service of ongoing collection of sewage sludge and their management from the sewage treatment plant of Przedsiębiorstwo "Nogat" Sp. z o.o. in Kałdów Wsi, Malbork commune within a period from

01-03-2023 to 31-12-2023 ensuring the undisturbed operation of the sewage treatment plant.

2. Municipal sewage sludge produced in the sewage treatment plant by the Company

"Nogat" Sp. o. o. in Kałdów Wsi, Malbork commune. is waste with code 19 08 05

3. The estimated amount of sludge to be exported and disposed of is expected to be approx.:

a) 6 100 Mg (+/- 20%) for 10 months of the contract duration

b) 350 Mg to 800 Mg (+/- 20%) per month

c) 8 Mg to 26 Mg (+/- 20%) per day

4. The amount of sludge exported and managed may change and will result from the actual amount of sewage sludge produced by the ORDERING PARTY, not less than 4 800 Mg.

5. Municipal sewage sludge is produced as a result of a technological process. The pre-sludge and excess is concentrated in thickeners, then mechanically dewatered on a decanter centrifuge to a dry matter content of 18% to 21%. The sludge is not subject to the hygienization process.

6. In the building of the mechanical sludge dewatering station, municipal sewage sludge goes directly to a container adapted for the transport of sludge. Collection of the container with sewage sludge takes place

ON AN ONGOING BASIS not less than once a day and no later than 5 hours after notification by the ORDERING PARTY to the e-mail address or telephone of the CONTRACTOR.
