This is a two-phase procedure.

The examination and selection of applications will be based on the selection guide (phase 1). Only selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2).

This Framework Agreement covers the integration of a remote gaming content platform and the provision of virtual instant lottery games.

In recent years, the National Lottery has developed on its online gaming platform, in addition to draw games and virtual scratch games, a diverse range of virtual instant lottery games under the brand "Woohoo" in collaboration with its current partners.

In order to fulfil its social mission of channelling the gaming behaviour of major Belgian players and to achieve its commercial objectives, the National Lottery wishes to continue to diversify this product category. To this end, it is looking for an additional partner for the provision and integration of a digital game content (RGS) platform. The National Lottery wants to have access to a wide range of interactive instant lottery games to continue to diversify and optimize its current offer on desktop and mobile.

Applicants who already provide interactive instant lottery games (e-instant) to the National Lottery at the time of submission cannot participate in this public contract.
