The scope of the Assignment is the hiring of test professionals who can be deployed under the direction and supervision of NS (secondment) at the Test Competence Center (TCC). The TCC is part of NS Groep IT and is the central department where all test professionals are organized hierarchically. From the TCC, craftsmanship is safeguarded in a professional and passionate way and knowledge is shared. Management is also kept of the tools and frameworks used and policies and frameworks are drawn up around testing.
The contract is divided into three lots:
1. lot 1 Test professionals who will primarily work in (agile / DevOps) teams;
2. lot 2 Test professionals who primarily support agile teams with a focus on agile test improvement;
3. lot 3 Test professionals who primarily support agile teams with a focus on test (automation) tools and non-functional quality aspects.
Test professionals who will primarily work in (agile / DevOps) teamsNS intends, per Lot, to conclude one (Lot 2 and 3) and three (Lot 1) framework agreement (s) without a purchase obligation. The initial duration is three years, with the option of an extension of five x one year.
