The purpose of this contract is to conclude, at the end of a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement for the realization of activation.

By activation, we mean actions (physical, via social media, via websites and others) relating to our partnerships in a broad manner in order to create interactions with our target audience (client or prospect) in the areas that are included in the strategy of the National Lottery.

This is a two-phase procedure.

The examination and selection of applications will be based on the selection guide (phase 1). Only selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2).

The deadline of 20.11.2020 before 11:00 a.m. is the closing date for the submission of applications only.

This means that it is only your response for phase 1 (selection phase) that must be entered via the e-Tendering platform.

Please follow the instructions in the Phase 1 contract documents (selection guide). The phase 2 contract documents are provided there only "for information".

Only the selected candidates (phase 1) will be invited later to submit an offer (phase 2).
