the award procedure used is the adapted open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Order Code.The framework agreement with a maximum amount is made pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders.The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator.The maximum amount over the total duration of the contract, including renewal, is 2,500,000 euros (excl. VAT).
