1.The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents and other necessary products along with the lease of analyzers / apparatus to the Microbiology Laboratory of the Pope John Paul II Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Zamość.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 15 (fifteen) tasks. A tender may be submitted for the entire subject of the contract or for a given task separately. The Contracting Authority does not set the maximum number of tasks under which the contract may be awarded to one Contractor.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ entitled "Description of the subject of the contract".

4. The contracting authority informs that the tender must cover the entire subject of the contract in a given task and meet the requirements of the description of the subject of the contract. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
